Privacy policy

We only collect what you type into our forms:

• Questions about a car and contact messages: your name, phone number and/or email, and your message.
• Test drive requests: the same details, plus the date and time you pick.
• Trade-in requests: your contact details, your car's year, make, model, mileage, VIN, condition and loan payoff (if you enter them), and any photos you upload.

We also count how many times each car's page is viewed. To avoid counting the same visitor twice and to block spam, we briefly use your IP address. It is kept for at most an hour for that purpose and is not linked to your name.

Only to answer your question, arrange your test drive, or make you an offer on your car. We may call, text or email you about that request. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't sell, rent or trade your information.

Only our staff, through a password-protected admin area. Trade-in photos are never shown on the public website. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which stores the data on our behalf. If email alerts are turned on, your request is also emailed to us through Cloudflare's email service.

The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a login cookie for our own staff when they use the admin area.

We keep your request for as long as we need it to follow up with you, and delete it when it's no longer needed or when you ask us to.
